The keypad display reads "CP Trouble." What does that
mean? A "CP" Trouble stand for "Communication
Problem" This means that the system unsuccessfully attempted to send a signal
to King monitoring Center. The keypad will beep every 15 seconds to let you know
that you should check the display. Press the "CANCEL" button two times to
stop the beeping. The display will read "CP Trouble CALL1-(973)
815-1101." Calling this number will connect you with a USA Abel Security
Customer Service Representative. Someone is available twenty-four hours a day, seven
days a week to assist you.
